Dr. Audrey Jade has had a lifelong passion for bodywork, body movement, and healing arts. A chiropractor since 2013 and a massage therapist since 2007, Dr. Audrey has developed an intuitive and expert touch through many years of practicing professional bodywork. She truly cares about each of her patients. She works with adults, pregnancy, babies, and children, providing a unique experience based on the needs of the individual. Not only has she practiced inside a birth center and has lots of experience working around pregnancy, birth, and babies, she also had three midwife-assisted natural births out of the hospital. Dr. Audrey understands the body from many angles: as a doctor, as a mother, and as a martial artist (she trains capoeira with her husband who is a master level teacher.) She previously owned a family chiropractic office, Ukiah Family Chiropractic, where she took care of many families and community members from around Mendocino Couny. She also worked as the chiropractor at Long Valley Health Center, a multidisciplinary FQHC medical clinic in Laytonville, CA. She was voted a Rural Health Rockstar for her work serving Mendocino County as a chiropractor.

Nicole has been in massage practice for 12 years. She loves supporting people with stress and pain management, injury rehab, and general relaxation. She combines her training in deep tissue, myofascial and cranial sacral balancing techniques to bring a balance of relaxation and therapeutic treatment to massage. She is also trained in pre natal massage and works in collaboration with chiropractor, Dr. Audrey Jade, D.C.
